Light Fixture Replacement

Hi,

We're going to replace an old light fixture!  This is my first encounter with AC electricity, so I was happy to have my buddy Nathan go through it with me.  We've both complete novices...  So can two novices get a job done twice as fast as one, or twice as long as one?  Who cares, it's fun either way!  I'll list a few reminders to myself (or anyone else who cares) for reference on future electrical projects:
1. Always twist wires clockwise when preparing them for a wire nut
2. Tape wire nuts with with electrical tape to prevent arcing
3. From the junction box, the White wire is always Neutral
4. From the junction box, a Bare or Green wire is Ground
5. From the junction box, the Black wire is Hot
6. If you encounter a Red wire in the junction box, it's also Hot (just like black)

So with that said, let's get to the photo album!  Click on the picture of the old light fixture to see the pictures.
